With the NOVA, we present a completely newly developed kneading machine, beater and mixer in a compact format. We have put all of our experience from many decades of kneading dough and preparing mixtures into this machine. Developed by our engineers and master bakers in the baking village of Heiligkreuztal over years of detailed work, the NOVA is produced here in our new factory with meticulous craftsmanship.

The NOVA is the logical further development of the spiral mixer, paired with an innovative motor and operating concept. Here, the traditional strengths of the spiral mixer are retained, and even refined. Modern functions which go far beyond the state of the art for kneading machines are newly added. The NOVA is a powerful kneader – it makes light work of even heavy doughs. It also shines in the quicker disciplines which were not previously possible for kneading machines. Thanks to the permanent magnet motor, it achieves absolute top values when beating and mixing. The NOVA has seven speeds and opens up new areas of application for the kneading machine.

The mixing paddle significantly increases the versatility of the NOVA. It can be used for optimal production of creams, mixtures, fillings, batters – and much more. These are too soft for the dough hook, but at the same time too viscous for the whisk. The mixing paddle is designed for exactly this middle range.
The NOVA has been well thought out down to the last detail. It impresses with fantastic kneading results and delivers wonderful doughs which have been kneaded particularly gently.
