The space-saving version for the catering trade and marketers. The INO 2004/2 holds approx. 18 loaves of bread à 1 kg on its two baking tiers. Also ideally suited for the cake bakery. Both tiers can be heated independently of each other and operated separately. Also available with a baking temperature of up to 500° C for continuous use by a pizza baker.
