The capacity of the HABO 15 can be doubled by the second tier. The HABO 15/2 consequently provides two baking surfaces of 90 x 140 cm with a relatively small footprint. The ideal solutions for smaller bakeries and confined space. The two baking chambers also provide greater flexibility. You can fire up the ovens at different times and thereby bake time-delayed.

Visually, the two-tier oven is an eye-catcher. It is the main attraction for show baking and in guest areas.
