Stone oven and pasta days

The stone oven and pasta days take place annually and attract many customers and visitors to the Häussler baking village!

During the information days for everyone interested in electric stone ovens, we will demonstrate to our customers, guests and friends the Häussler electric stone ovens in practical use.

Customers and guests can learn  how long our stone ovens hold their heat and what you can bake with quiescent radiant heat. Among other things, we will show you how to bake pizza, Swabian “Seelen” (sourdough spelt rolls), palm pretzels, plaited yeast buns, bread, pork loin and other delicacies!

Making pasta is the second main focus. Noodles and pasta are currently enjoying great popularity. Be inspired with how easily you can make pasta yourself and what kind of refined recipe ideas are possible.

We will also demonstrate for you our wood-burning ovens, dough kneading machines, pasta makers and grain mills.

Our guests can enjoy the comfortable ambience in our baking village with oven-fresh flatbreads and a cup of coffee.
