Seminar sequence:

  • Differences between flour, semolina and wholemeal when making pasta
  • Making different kinds of pasta with the fully automatic pasta maker, for example basil pasta, wholemeal pasta, fresh ravioli and dessert pasta
  • The correct drying and storage of pasta
  • Making pizza dough with a small amount of yeast
  • Independent stretching of the dough under professional guidance
  • Baking the pizza in both a wood-burning oven and the electric stone oven.
