Wer kann mir weiterhelfen.
Wenn ich Currynudeln herstelle verstopft mir öfters die Spirellimatrize.
Hat jemand eine Idee / Erfahrung an was das liegen könnte.

Mann muss sehr darauf achten das keine Eierschalen hineinkommen.
Es reicht schon wenn ganz kleine Splitter hinein geraten, ich gebe Curry vor den eiern in das Mehl
und dann mische ich es einmal trocken durch.
so habe ich ein gutes Ergebnis

I like thicker cut linguine type rice noodles or egg noodles for the noodles, but super-thin vermicelli rice noodles work well too if you want thin! Use any noodle you choose or have on hand. Just be sure to choose a noodle that can withstand a lot of curry sauce.
