Hands-on seminar with the Häussler pellet grill.

Grilling and barbecue – these represent passion, love of savouring and the delight in fresh ingredients and high-quality products. During our seminars, you will actively grill in pairs on our pellet grill and will prepare a complete set meal in a group of 10 people. Patrick Hoffmann from PfalzGlut will show you tips and tricks for all aspects of the grill and the fantastic accessories.

All the accessories for the pellet grill will be used during the seminar. From the grilling grate to the pizza stone to the fireplate. Experience the versatile options of the Häussler pellet grill.

The Häussler set meal

Planked salmon with chocolate glaze on tramezzini slices

with honey-mustard marinade and wasabi cucumber pickle

Beef burritos

with slices of American flank steak, colourful vegetables and a salsa roja

Seminar sequence:

  • Welcome and introduction
  • Introduction to and function and special features of the pellet gill
  • Assembling, using and cleaning the grill top
  • Joint firing
  • Collective making and preparing of a set meal from the Häussler pellet grill consisting of appetisers, main course with meat and side dishes, salad and sweet dessert
