After selecting the building material, you begin with the base. Whether with or without a decorative wooden roof is left up to you.
When building the oven base (for door version B or C), leave an opening for the ash pan.
4) Insert kit and you’re done!
After attaching the supplied special insulation, insert the kit in the storage box system.
So that the oven is complete, the only thing missing is the roof that will protect your oven from any kind of weather.

Simple, fast and individual: is how our HABO Vario family member can best be characterised. Equipped with the proven Häussler baking technology, it fits into the series of our well-known wood-burning oven models and build-it-yourself kits.

Assembly in only one day
The fast kit
The HABO Vario kit is built directly onto an existing base/foundation, which can be made of metal, wood, stone or other suitable materials.
Thanks to its compact design, the HABO Vario can be built by two persons within only one day. You do not need any additional building material for the assembly of the kit. Included in the delivery are all materials such as fireclay brick mortar, cement mortar, joint silicone, screws and fasteners.
You require these tools for assembly:
gloves, level, knife, pliers, pocket rule, a 13 mm and 17 mm wrench, trowel, rubber hammer, bucket, sponge, watering can, gun for acrylic cartridge, dust mask and safety glasses.
