Advanced seminar on cooking and baking in the wood-burning oven

This seminar is addressed to advanced owners of wood-burning ovens. Our master bakers will show you sophisticated small baked goods, demonstrate short and long proofing of dough and prepare various meat dishes. With the help of the smoker insert, the wood-burning oven will also be used for smoking meats and baked goods
