The HABO 20/2 is a respectable production oven. It is a professional tool for dyed-in-the-wool wood-burning oven specialists. It provides 2 baking surface of 90 x 175 cm and therefore a total capacity of 68 loaves of bread. As a two-tier oven, you have the advantage here as well of two separate baking chambers.
