Training as baker, 1999 master’s certificate; afterwards, among other things, foreman in the production management of a large handicraft business. Being a quality fanatic drew him to the baking village in 2014. Passionate wood-burning oven baker.

Your partner at the oven, during pre-baking and putting a successful wood-burning oven concept into practice. Master baker from the Lower Allgäu, who completed his training in Lochham. His pet project is in particular sourdoughs. He has been part of the Häussler master team since 2016 and enriches the baking village time and again with fantastic recipe ideas.
